November

Just got back from seeing November. I must say that the dvx held up REALLY WELL on the big screen. A few scenes in the begining were kind of dark and blurry, the blacks were crushed. Towards the end when it was reality sequence, the footage looked very nice! I was expecting a lot of grain etc. I think if the dvx100 did this well, imagine the 100A or better yet the HVX200! Story line was ok. If any of you guys live in or near Pasadena, California go check it out.

Just saw it last weekend in LA. The DVX wasn't that bad. I do agree with the blacks in some of the sequences. The Reds and oranges were very nice and some of the smoke/fog effects in the blue toned areas look cool. As far as the movie, I liked the concept and what it wanted to do but overall wasn't that great. It didn't amount to much. Courtney Cox was alright not much range though but maybe it was just the character. I say if you are going to watch it, go for the DVX not the movie ^^
