Nothing on my playback

Hello community,

I have a problem seeing my playback on my monitor on FCP 4. So I cannot print to video either. I've tried everything possible?!? I changed the fire wire cable, tried with a other AGDVX camera... and don't worry my setting in A/V is checked. Is any drivers I lost with the software, or is the firewire connexion in the camera's having a problem (or in the G4). Please help me!

Make sure camera is in VCR mode
Power up camera and then computer
Check firewire connection. Make it direct and not thru a drive
Set refresh A/V devices.
Play All frames selected
Firewire selected
Make the canvas 100% and expand so there are no scroll bars
There should be no driver issues.
Does camera show up when you go to capture?

I think Scott means make sure it is set to Fit to Window. Doesn't HAVE to be at 100%.

I really think your View - External - ALL FRAMES might be set to OFF.
