Not rendering

Hey,

I have a small clip that is not 24p (and is an AVI). Premiere (1.5) allowed me to render one effect using Magic Bullet Suite but it won't complete rendering another effect. What do you think the problem is? The footage was taken from a crappy Sony minidv camera used by a high school cable show (if that tells you anything). Any help would be appreciated!

Okay now I tried rendering multiple effects onto this DVX100A footage and it did it but the footage is all screwed up and is flickering back and forth between a bunch of different effects. I NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE! Thanks!

Okay, yet another problem. When I save the project to the desktop and open it up in AE none of the footage retained the rendered effects that I saved in Premiere. Anyone who can answer all these questions is a god...

Not enough info to answer this but...

What effect are you using ?
What is the project setting ?
What is the export setting ?

You start off saying its crappy camera footage then you say its from a DVX100 ?

The first post that I made was for a different project that was shot on a bad sony minDV camera. I am having the same problems with the DVX100A footage that I am also working on. I applied several different magic bullet effects to each of the projects. The first is NOT on a 24p timeline, the second (DVX100A) footage IS on a 24p timeline. What setting info do you need (and how do I access it). I'm VERY new to all of this!

are regular premiere filters working properly after they are rendered, if so then make sure the plug-ins settings arent clashing with your footage (frame rates, field order) i have never used Magic Bullet Suite but the behavior doesnt sound normal (has the plug-in worked before? if not maybe it wasnt installed correctly)
