i try to capture whit a sony dvc hc40 minidv , when i put the video on premier the program show me a normal video running, but when i place an effect ( cine motion, warm, etc ) on the movie, the footage start to flick until i render the entire movie.
why these append? there is a way to fix these? any time when i capture i most go to deesinterlace menu and render low fields? thanks!.

try makeing sure that the working area of your timeline is only covering the part you want rendered. Do this by moving the cursor at the top of the timeline so it covers only the area you want and then try rendering. This should only render the part you need and should not effect the rest of the footage, unless the reast is un-rendered aswell. hope that helps

Yeah, you just have to render your timeline regularly. I do it almost every time I change something with the effects.

That should make things run smoother.
