Non Bayer-interpolated D-SLRs

I know there used to be a time where we were looking forward to sensors that didn't have Bayer-interpolation. Are there cameras that do this? Maybe something called fovan was one type of sensor. What about three CCDs for still cameras? I am sick of the softness when viewing photos at %100 caused by bayer interpolation.

Are there any 3-chip SLRs? Don't know...

Foveon is the only one that doesn't require a de-Bayer. But it has its own depth interpolation it has to do.
