Noise reduction in videos?

Hi!

I'm totally new to video making (started because I first time has the possibility to make good videos throught my 5dmkII). How can I reduce the noise in videos which are appearing strongly at ISO 3200 and ISO 6400?

Not to sound rude or anything but the best way to clean up noise is to light your scene. You can only clean garbage so much.

Yeah, but you can't e.g. light the Louvre at night to get a better shot ;-)

When it is possible better lighting is of course better!

whatever you do test many options on small clips because as a rule noise removal takes FOREVER.
