Noise reduction and grading workflow?

I wish to use Neat Video and then grade using Magic Bullet in Premiere Pro CS5.

My question is whether I can just stack the two effects (and more) when editing the native files or whether it's better to do the noise reduction alone first, export the footage as, say, ProRes 422 HQ, re-import this and grade and sharpen from there?

I suppose I'm not clear as to how Premiere processes footage to which effects have been applied when it exports.
Does the order in which the effects appear in the stack have any effect on the final result? For example, if noise reduction is placed somehow "before" Magic Bullet, will this produce a superior result?

My first post here. Many thanks for your help!
