'Nobody' with Bob Odenkirk

Hard not to crack a smile watching Bob. But theres plenty of mirth and humor in this concept and execution, so I think it's a good fit. I'll definitely watch it.

The one thing is (and this is true for me with most action films, including John Wick) - he looks too slow in battle to actually win these fights.

I saw an interview where he compared choreographing a fight scene to collaborating on writing a comedy sketch. He also said that everyone would burst out laughing after they yelled Cut when shooting the fight scenes.

Sort of a cross between John Wick and Grosse Point Blank I guess

Love it. Don't think it will be any great addition to cinema or top John Wick, but all for more campy B-movie style flicks. Some could say its a cash grab to ride the cultural moment of John Wick interest, and perhaps it is. But if it's fun to watch, I'll happily grab the popcorn.

I’d watch a triple feature starting with History of violence, than watch “Nobody “ and end it with Italian Spider-Man

Yeah, not everything has to be a cinematic masterpiece. I think that especially if you're a dad and spend more time than you'd like cleaning **** off someone else's bottom in the middle of the night, it's fun to go along with the lame-suburban-dad-is-actually-a-total-badass fantasy

And Odenkirk is very creative. Plus supposedly he trained for 2 years to be able to move like a fighter. I think he invested a lot in the movie
