No Sound on FCP?

Sometimes when I'm working in FCP, all of a sudden I'll have NO SOUND at all. I can't hear any sound when I play my sequence, and there are no audio levels showing. I don't do anything to make this happen! (At least I don't think I do!). Quitting FCP and re-opening solves the problem and I'll have sound again.

Any ideas?

It happens to me sometimes I just go to file or edit (I can't remember off hand) and go down to Reset A/V Devices. It fixes the problem everytime
