No Release Form?

I'm editing a documentary that will be coming out on DVD in the fall and wanted to know what I have to do as far as people who I do not have a video release from. For example I interviewed someone out on the street, can I put a black bar covering his eyes or do I have to blur his whole face? I've seen both of these used on tv and would prefer to just cover his eyes, but wasnt sure if that was enough.
