No new pro apps from Apple....

Well, no news doesn't HAVE to mean anything. But I am getting a little impatient/worried. My gut tells me that the announcement will come soon and I will be happy with what they are doing. But there's a part of me that's wanting to dust off my PC...

And I never thought that would happen.
 
I don't see what the big deal is.

WWDC isn't the audience for FCS updates.

What do you people want from the new FCS? People keep whining that Apple is ignoring them...I'm more like, hey, if you don't have something to offer me, don't push a dissapointingly-improved product in order to just give me something else to buy!

If there was some major change or advancement in NLEs that Apple is behind on, then, yeah, I'd be whining about it, too. Heck, I'm still editing DVCProHD on a DP2.0 G5 with FCP5 on 1.5GB of RAM. It works.
 
Although I own Apples (and FCS).... I edit mostly in Vegas....just ran across this info. and thought all the Mac guys might be interested. No big thing.
 
The title is a bit misleading. There were just no new pro apps announced at this conference, which isn't unusual at all. It's a developer's conference, not really the place to announce such things.
