No idea why this is happening. NEED HELP!!

Okay this is pretty weird, and I would love to know if anyone else has experienced this. For some reason, by default, when I double click a clip to adjust parameters in the Motion tab, or any tab in the viewer for that matter, the parameters section of the tab extends past the viewable viewer window. This means I can see the basic motion titles and the beginning of the scale bar for example, but I cannot see the end of it or the fields to input the numbers. This only corrects itself if I click on the corner of the viewer to resize the window, in which case all the columns snap back to the proper size so that I can adjust and see all parameters fully.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening to me? So annoying.

Yeah... it happens to me sometimes too. Don't know why....

Does it just correct itself or do you have to delete preferences files, or what!?! Driving me insane...

You can try that, or saving a custom (fixed) layout and going to that when you launch FCP.

Still not working... any ideas... somebody has to have had this happen to them!
