Whats with no blackmagic support for CS4 Prem its been out for 5 months and BM still haven't come to the party its a major pain and also completely unacceptable for adobe to list Blackmagic as a third party partner when the gear don't work yet

Using Intensity and Decklink HD Extreme 2

They are still waiting for some bits from Adobe, like Cineform and everyone else.
The implementation of video for windows seems not to be the best in CS4 (to say the least), wich takes a lot of workarounds in 3th party programing.

I will be surprised if we ever see a BM Intensity driver for CS4. (Mine is shelved)

Like Postmaster, I believe there is a lot of "weirdness" in CS4 video for windows functions. These reveal them selves to me as issues in the 2 playback modes.

1. Spacebar playback
2. Scrubbing playback

Installed a new v3 BM Intensity Pro driver for CS4 the day before yesterday. Had to reinstall Premiere. Still only the audio works - video playout is a plain black screen on all outputs. The update crashed our shiny new Dell Vista 64 workstation six times in total.

Bit of a shame. Maybe I need to buy an HD-SDI card which will work with CS4, then buy a converter box to/from HDMI

Black Magic released all their CS4 drivers a week ago. Give them a try.

I've been unable to really use them since they still have the issue with the Red channel not being read on Xbox360 HDMI input, and that's all I capture from.
