Nintendo Wii

I've tried it. It's a little tricky at first but overall a lot of fun. Once you get past the learning curve with the controls, the interactivity is cool. The grafx don't look all that much better than the Game Cube though.

The Game Cube graphics didn't look bad. I'm totally buying one of these. I mean, if I want to play BF2 or the like, I'll play it on my PC using my $250 gfx card. Plus, I'm sure I'll get more out of the $250 I'll spend on Nintendo than I did with my ATI card!

What Nintendo offers....nobody else has. And that's how they get my money, every time. Zelda+Mario+Metroid=lifetime fan.

Xbox? PS3? Who *needs* high def? Who HAS high def??? For that matter, who has $400+ for a frickin' game console? If high def was so important, there wouldn't be a mad rush for tiny TVs and iPod videos!

Count me in, I can't wait to swing a controller around the room to defeat Ganon. How entertaining is this gonna be!

Of course, there will probably be a disclaimer in the bottom of the remote: Do Not Operate if you've been Drinking. You're liable to slip on the rug and crack your head open.

I have a 120" 720p Projector an I am totally bummed that it is not HD :(

Still, Twilight Princess... reason enough... I just hope my arms don't get tired too fast.

Why is a 720p projector "not HD"? 720p is absolutely HD, as recognized by the ATSC and endorsed by the EBU; they chose to endorse 720p over 1080i in fact.

Barry, he means that Wii isn't a hi-definition gaming machine.

You guys do realize that there will be games that are for 16:9 screens and that there will also be Component Analog cables for the Wii, right? You'll get much better quality out of this system than you will with a Gabecube.

Yeah dude, my 720p projector is absolutely HD. That's why I have an HD Tivo, HDTV, and an HDMI connection to and fro.

But alas, no HDMI from the Wii :(
