Nikon Lens any good?

I'm looking at two lenses and was wondering if these are good lenses;

VIVITAR 200mm f3.5 Manual Focus Lens by KOMINE

Or

Nikon 28-80 AF Zoom Lens

I'm using the Redrock setup. Thanks

I prefer primes, they tend to be "sharper" but some of the zooms are good. The best way is to look up the lens in photo reviews and see what photographers thought of the lens. I'd go with the 28-80 because its actual Nikon lens. However its a G lens and you can't adjust the aperture. BTW those lens cover two different types of ranges, the first is more telephoto as opposed to the 28-80 which covers wide to mid telephoto...
