I have this problem when dropping 720p footage into the FCP timeline, it downsizes it to regular NTSC size and when I try to convert in Quicktime Conversion or Compresser it says the source is NTSC (720x480 29.97fps) not the 720x1280 24fps AVI. file it originated as.
So my question is; how do I keep the file from converting to NTSC and actually edit in the resolution/frame rate of the original file?
This is gotta be a total noob question but I can't find any forums on D-90 footage editing, not any that aren't just speculation.
