I need to make a decision regarding these 2 lenses. Both are about the same price, both are supposed to be super sharp. At first I thought the Zeiss hands down... my experience with zoom lenses taught me they can never match a prime lens in sharpness. However! The Nikon 16-35mm f/4 VR is apparently, the world's sharpest wideangle lens!? ( not including Cinema Lenses ) What to do! I guess if they're both about equal in sharpness I would choose the more versatile Nikon zoom. Thoughts?
