Has anybody seen this trailer (or movie)? This has got to be the coolest looking movie, as far as potential, I've seen in a long time. I mean some of the images/fx in it are at the same 'wow' level, the same imaginitave level, as the stuff you saw in the first Matrix.

Does anybody know anything about this movie? What it was shot on? When it's coming out? How they did some of this ****? I need to know more! Their website isn't enough.

Patience is a virtue. But congratulations on 100! What, no video?

I've seen some footage from this movie and it looks incredible. Very creative and unique. With a mix of live action and CG, which makes you feel ike you're in a video game.

Can't wait to see it.

I wasnt too interested after seeing the trailer for fear that it'll turn out as bad as something like Underworld. I'm hearing good things, though.

I assure you there is nothing even close to The Matrix "wow" level. This movie was all that last summer here and despite the amount of talks and promises ("Our answer to the Hollywood!" blah-blah-blah) it failed to deliver as a film, turning out to be complete crap. It had a couple of ok sfx shots, but you've already seen them in the trailer (and not a single one is actually worth talking about, seriously). Add a 2 hour storyline that doesn't make any sense, because it was originally adapted for a 4 hour tv series and the writers weren't Fran Walsh and Peter Jackson, so they chopped the (good) book without any respect to the story or the moviegoers.
But this crapfest managed to become the highest grossing movie in Russia up untill february this year - 15 something millions vs ~$2mln budget - and the sequel, Day Watch is in the making *sigh*

wow. that bad? not exactly the 'wow' level i was hoping for. i still think every shot in that trailer is incredible though. reminds me of getting my hopes up for that French film, Immortal, after seeing the trailer. Some really cool images. Then you went in and it was just... dear lord was it bad. anyway, thanks for the inside scoop. i'll probably still see it b/c as bad as you made it sound, it can't be half as bad as all the **** that's come out this summer.
