Back in 2004 a freind recommended to me a movie called 'Bleeder', and this was around the time I got heavily into international and indie movies. I was pretty much blown away by Bleeder, it was incredibly refreshing for me.
I then rented out Pusher which I was even more impressed with.
I would LOVE to know however, how Refn acquired a MILLION dollars to make Pusher....doesn't that seem alot???? Not sure whether thats a million quid/dollars or what.
Still, Ive seen The Pusher Trilogy and I highly recommend it, but be warned it is violent.
Refn has made some other great films like Bronson and Valhalla Rising.
Anyone else a fan of Mr Refn?
