NFL wants to ban local TV stations from sidelines

[Pastaman]

Thought some of you guys/gals who do sports would be interested in this. I have been shooting on the sidelines for the past 3 years, and i think this is one of the stupidest policies ever. Why ommit the local guys? The NFL would be throwing away a lot of free press by doing this.

i heard they want to have thursday, fri and sat night games every week and that you can only see them if you pay for NFL network, virtually eliminating local coverage.
