Anyone keeping up with this? It's highly arguable why Houston went for a Defensive tackle. Bush to New Orleans, Vince Young to Tennesee, and Leinart hasn't even been picked yet (which I knew was going to happen).

What's everyones thoughts, comments...
 
I am kind of surprised Leinart hasn't been picked yet... Vince Young is going to do horrible in the big leagues. Bush should do well though. Lendale White should go pretty high too.
 
Leinart goes to Arizona. It looks like Denny has put together a nice little offense in a short period of time.
 
I was hoping so much that Bush would end up with the 49ers (reunited with Alex Smith) but I really like their pick - Davis. he looks pretty badass.

Denver had a really nice pick too. It was a good move to trade with STL
 
So Bush is going to the Saints, where Drew Brees just got signed on as a free agent. That offense is going to rock. Brees worked with LT really well, and now he's working with bush, who is LT's protege. It'll be interesting to see them work together.

They should line them up like we did in school. Let the coaches pick the players. You never wanted to be the last guy!!
 
I am a hUUUGE Denver fan and was hopping up and down all day yesterday. I'm from AK, but have been following them for the last 20 years and actually flew down to Den last year to watch Denver beat the Patriots and lose to the Packers in the AFC championship.

Man was that a great draft. One thing I always get a kick out of with Denver is how they usually have pretty good seasons but manipulate the draft like crazy, moving all around and often placing higher than most losing teams. Anyway, to get a great new QB (I'm sick of Plummer) and a probowl wide receiver from GB (Javon Walker) is huge. Then last night and today they pick two more wide receivers, a tight end and a defensive end. This is perfect because last year we had a shutdown defense but our offence couldn't score when we needed them to. Even when we beat the Pats in the playoffs it was the defense that won, so now we're set.

Superbowl bound!

ummm....the Packers didn't go to the AFC championship...last year they didn't go to the playoffs, nor are they in the AFC.

I think you mean the Steelers, right?
