Nexto Problems

So I have a brand new NEXTO Extreme. Brand new hard drive in it and it won't work. I keep getting this error:

Unexpected OTG removal error.

I have a brand new 320 gig hard drive installed correctly. I check it with both the USB Cable and my eSata cable. I can read and write to it this way. It was formatted in the Nexto eXtreme. I have made sure the firmware is 1.07, the latest. I insert a card from my HMC 150 and it recognizes the card, it begins the copy and then stops and reports the above error.

I have to say that the support for this device is NON EXISTENT!!!! I have sent several emails on the site and posted to the support page and not a word back.
Anyone have an idea? Anyone know how to reach support for this thing?

i know this may sound silly, the only problem i have with my nextodi is when i have the sd card copy protection on it comes up with a error or just freezes

but other than that it might be faulty take it back and get them to check it
