..lol. ..believe it or not i packed the first 4 orders with the new wheels up and looked at them in the box and said the same thing out loud. my wife just shook her head at me..
ive been considering that very thing.. EVS and B+H. just been really busy, but have more time now so I'm sure we'll get ahold of them soon to at least check into it.
..and yes .. absolutely positively coming out with some other stuff already in the works.
we had 5 new products planned by ealry next year .. 3 are for sure. 2 im still going through some R+D and working with investors since they are initially rather costly edeavors.
one for example is a 35mm adaptor. i started working on plans about 2 years ago, and dropped them because i was too busy with other things. recently i picked it up a little and made a major breakthrough that may allow the cost of a quality item to be made very cheaply. but id prefer quality over quantity, so the housing would likely put cost up above the 500.00 mark , unless people want a lower quality housing with the same imagery.. and im just seeing what the g35 and redrock boys do, and im not sure i want to crowd their game. or if my version will compete with their quality .. so i need to see their finished quality first. id say mines pretty competative off hand. but i want some real nice images to compare to from finished production models. .. haha.. not a big secret for this one cause everybody and their grandmother has tried making a 35mm adaptor. and before anyone asks.. NO im not about to play show and tell with anything about it ..for now.
good to hear! yeah im VERY pleased with the new wheels design who says you cant have super solid and super sexy at the same time !!? - PRO form AND PRO function..
almost every client i work with checks out the dolly during the shoot, alot of them comment on how quiet it is for holding so much weight, but something that looks pro is imporatnt .. of course the original wheels are great as well. but the cine logo printing on the new wheels really helps wrap up the package, and just says "cinema equipment". im also working on having the rails imprinted as well..
k im going to point this thread in the direction of the main one.. if anyone is interested in reading some more reviews on the Cine Dolly Wheels there are a few there from buyers as well. also there is now talk about a new Rowe Cine slick handle setup for your dollies! stop on over and help us decide what products we bring you!
