Just thought I'd say hello in the Newbie forum and introduce myself. I'm a live TV director, mostly sports, that also does cinematography on the side, really as a passion. I've been lucky enough to have 20 something years in the live sports field started as a runner, AD, TD and finally the last 10 plus years as a director. Started out my career wanting to be an editor, that was in the 80's! I've directed and TD'd World Series, ALCS, NLCS, Super Bowls, Olympics and numerous other events. My career has taken me all over the globe, but now I mostly do baseball, college football and college basketball for FOX, FS1, and FSAZ. Always trying to learn and do new things, recently bought a Sony FS7 and have been learning all about that, LUT's, 4K etc. and getting reacquainted with FCPx. I'll post a link to the scenics I was lucky enough to shoot for the Super Bowl here in Phoenix, but thought I'd introduce here first.
