newbie exporting question

is there any way to select what size you want to export video at when converting the video to full AVI? or is it always 720 x 480? i really think its not that because i downsized it in sorenson squeeze while i was compressing it to 480 x 360 and it looks very strange to me.

are u referring to aspect ratio or the visible frame drop in the video.

I see a frame rate conflict in there and so I guess you need to go through your workflow and check on that - e.g. footage - timeline - export
If you have a frame rate change in there u will get frame drops/jerks

looks like PAL footage in a NTSC timeline to me

i think the framerate issue is because it was shot by my friend who has this thing about high shutter speeds, he usually uses like 1/350th. i know i didn't add any de-interlace effects and its a VX2100, not a VX2100 PAL model (i think its an E at the end of the model #)
what i was getting at really was the fact that a lot of things are blurred, but i figured out that it exports at the same size as the viewer and that was something like 400 x 300 so it would actually be upsizing it.
