Newbie Battery mount question

Please excuse the rudimentary level of this question,

I've been looking at how to mount AB Gold onto a rig, on the Auction site I see these...

What are you supposed to do with the Red & Black wires? Do you solder them to a connector for your camera?

Yes, you could do that, but that's not the best solution as that plate does not have a convenient way to mount.

Another option is this, which provides multiple voltages and a way to mount the plate to a 15mm rod system. It's much more expensive, but it provides a clean package.

Here's another one. No extra voltages,but much cheaper. This may be more of what you are looking for.

There is this, which is a much cheaper way to go with the cheaper Sony batteries instead of expensive V-mount batteries.
