New York'er needing material?

I have 2 short scripts I'd like to film in NY - both or either. I have an actress in mind for the tween female role in both stories. Need to shoot some reel footage? A short film?

Both lean towards the gritty, one at 6 pages the other at 15. 6-pager is no dialogue, but some good weapons scenes.

The Deal Maker 15 pages - A student studying overseas has a brush with fate when he witnesses the mugging of a child.
