my (worthless?) thoughts....

to set it apart, i think it needs a hook. a niche. right now, it doesn't look much different from those generic catch-all portals you get on some unregistered domain names. know what i mean? also, feel free to completely ignore me. if i've proven anything about myself its a complete disinterest in understanding broad appeal.

I looked at it for 3 seconds in IE and it worked just fine.

Bless you sir, for making the Google image clickable to Google so that one may quickly/conveniently use the Images/News/Whateva tabs when they wish.
 
BTW, the 3 seconds thing wasnt meant to be an insulting insinuation that I'm only giving your site a 3 second look.....I looked at it longer.....but in Firefox. Just didnt want to leave that hangin out there for a potentially negative misinterpretation....though you can certainly take it with a bucket of neg toward IE. I felt like Bill Murray in What About Bob....wanted to wipe down my .DLL's with a hanky after using it.
