Hey everyone,
This is Matthew from the Bay Area, a soon to be SFSU transfer student and an occasional lurker that is finally making my first post!
To step up my journey into freelance video production, I took the loan dive over summer. So far I have a c100, used rode lav, Manfrotto 504HD & 546B sticks, among other equipment.
Before then I have had my own editing station I built about 2 years ago, a Canon 60D, a few prime lenses and a stock zoom.
Thanks to a few friends that I have teamed up with on couple corporate gigs and my day job doing government access cable TV, I am able to continue upgrading my setup along with paying off the camera.
Eventually I am hoping to jump up to:
So...I will be around watching the for sale forum, checking out the EOS Cinema thread, and doing lots of random research heh heh.
Cheers,
Matthew

Eventually I am hoping to jump up to:
- Canon 70-200mm L lens
- Sound Device 302 mixer
- Either a NTG-3, MK416, or a Sanken CS-3e shotgun (still doing research)
- Hopefully a Sennheiser G3/G2 wireless system
- and will maybe replace my Rode Lav with a Cos 11D or a Tram. (My Rode Lav has been finicky and I think it has some bad connections causing crackling)
So...I will be around watching the for sale forum, checking out the EOS Cinema thread, and doing lots of random research heh heh.
Cheers,
Matthew
