Hey guys, thought I would introduce myself seeing I just joined yesterday.
My name is Brodie, from Australia and I film for a multimedia contractor specialising in Mining and Industrial clients as all our staff have a background in their field (and it enables the client to not have to 'baby' us or answer our stupid questions about their equipment while on-site).
My current setup consists of:
DVX100B
DVX102B
Sony HDV Z7P
Sony HDV V1P
SteadiCam Merlin (CRAP)
Sony HVR 1500A HD Deck
Sony DSR 1500P SD Deck
Sony DSR 1500AP SD Deck
HP xw8400 Workstation with AVID Mojo DNA and Media Composer 4.0
HP xw8600 Workstation with AVID Mojo DX and Media Composer 4.0
HP z400 Workstation with AVID Nitris DX and Media Composer 5.0
Various Macs with Adobe CS4 Master Collection and Final Cut Pro
Something like 20TB of RAID storage in total floating around...
Ill upload some pics when I get around to it...
I also have a bunch of older equipment that I am trying to sell but don't want to put on here straight away seeing I am not verified and may look like I am scamming....
I shall catalogue all the old gear (DVX100, AJ-D700E, VRTs lenses, Film cameras, Panasonic EZ1s) etc later today with photos (my office has this old cool stuff all over the floor dammit!).
So anyway, have a good one and I shall be lurking around reading threads (I love the DIY stuff - have built a jib crane, gyro-stabilizer and other assorted rubbish).
