It's the last one on that side, No.18. He use Trapcode's Particular in this Tutorial.

Cool stuff!
Thanks Andrew!

I did this one and it turned out ok, but as soon as i Changed the Tracking Properties ( i wanted to do a motion track, not a random wiggle) It went away

Is there a way to apply tracking data to the emitter? I haven't been able to figure this one out. Of course I only tried for a few minutes then ran outside. Where's Andrew?

you arent able to keyframe the light? make sure you take off that expression

Ahh, I figured out my problem. Anyways great tutorial Andrew. I especially love the Trapcode web site plug. And the singing.

Thanks guys, in the new tutorial i'll be showing off some more practical application for it. In fact their will be 2 more tutorials based on this, 1 on live action the other on motion graphics. I'll let you all know.

I'll be singing a couple tracks from the sound of music as well...

Very cool. Just curious... why use square pixels in a DV comp when using Particular?

Thanks Andrew, I enjoy your tutorials. Do you provide tutorials for Lynda.com? They have a lot of good tutorials for a wide variety of applications. Yours would probably be some of the best tutorials...

Great job and thanks for ahh, mmm, geez, wellll, shoot (pause) sharing!

End tags for Andrew:

1. That's a peach hun.
2. Don't consider that a request
3. Quick lick a bunny you hamberger

Hey Gray,
I just figure, for the screencast it would be best for seeing the image in a correct aspect ratio without using the PAR-C (correction). Particular is fully able to handle any comp settings.

Chuck, I live in Temecula just south of you I think, Lynda is a cool website, but my partnership with the COW has shown to be very lucrative.

Thanks Ogrus,

Oh and if everything goes to plan there may be a sneak peak for Serious FX 2...

Later,
Andrew

Awesome as usual Andrew. I really enjoy your tuts. No fluff, just meat and potatoes. Thanks for doing what you do.

Awsome Tutorial, I cant figure out why i cant apply motion tracking data to the light, but none the less - sweet, Keep em commin please!

Well u can use another light for the motion path just make sure u name ur light as " Motion Path 1 " or 2 etc and choose it from the physics > air > motion path and choose what ever u name ur light 1,2 etc...( btw this is with particulars ) hope that helps!
