Would there be any interest in Arca Swiss plates Precision C.N.C. machined from 6061-T6 Aluminium, with a type 3 anodized finish instead of everyone else using type 2 or lower?
As well as A laser-engraved scale.
With 1/4 20 and 3/8 16 taps drilled on the sides plate, as well as M3 taps to put a removable ridge.
There would be 2 channels for mounting your camera to both a 1/4 20 and 3/8 16 screws.
Also the screw for mounting your camera would have flat head and Allen wrench, as well as have a (D-wing) able to pop up to be turned tool less.
And all for a good deal cheaper then Really Right Stuff.
Would anyone be interested in buying this kind of plate?
I ask because I plan on manufacturing them in bulk to get cost down more if there is enough interest.
