oh wow. intresting...but at the same time, you could say the indie focus is a knock off of the redrock. I mean, these prosumer follow focus arn't that complex of designs. wheel right angle gear box, gear (or wheel)

Yes Nomadic,
Not much in the sense of complexity. but the god is in the details, or is it the devil is in the details? maybe both depending on how the details were taken care of.
The follow focus has to be Johnny on the spot. There is no room for play. That's what would make me nervous to try a new product that is so cheap without reading a review for it.
Just my 2cents.
