New Purchase Help !!!

[DIGITALJB21]

HI I am new to this site.... I am getting ready to purchase the Panasonic AG-HVX200. I am aware of the 400 rebate and the P2 card that comes with the unit purchased from a Panasonic dealer. Here are a few questions I am stuck on.
1. If I buy this unit at other online sites why is the price difference so much??? Example 5995.00 vs. 2,500.00 package at a unnamed dealer on the web. (If it smells like fish it usually tastes like fish???)
2. Will I be stuck with no add on lens capabilities????
Any logical help on this would be greatly appreciated. JB

Buy from an authorized Panasonic Dealer..all the others are a scam.
B&H is always a good choice.
