NEW Production Intro/Logo

Great idea but I think you should shoot an actual load of laundry tumbling instead of the still image rotating back and forth.
 
That would be great, but I don't have access to any machine washers. Everything is hand washed here and there are no laundromats. :(
 
i like it, but i'd cut almost hlf of it off at the end, once u get the full image, i'd quickly fade out.

also it usually nice to have the option of going over black, so maybe have everything but the window and the text fade to black first? then the rest?

i like it though, snazzy
 
PK, why don't you just go out and shoot an actuall machine and maybe composite it later. Plus you spelled laundry wrong.. just kidding..

Sounds like one of us needs to shoot a machine for PK. I just don't know where I can find one that has the glass front window. Most I've seen are top-loaders.
 
Thanks for all the (quick) input. I kind of like the cheesy animated look of it. A real load of wash might be "too real" and, therefore, boring.
 
I vote for real.. cause it looks odd because the machine is moving but the clothes arn't.
 
I think it would be cool if you could find a 3-5 second piece of music that complimented it, that way its not JUST the sound of the washer.

Maybe I just don't like the sound of washers.
 
Not boring if it was made up entirely of panties. I'm surprised you didn't think of this yourself PK.

You need to dolly in to an actual washer and maybe one of the controls could say "Laundry Day" :)

I vote you go retro school and just hang your dang clothes! I know most people in Thailand still do. I know 80% Cambodians still do.. :)
 
Jarred - Real? Oh man! I'm trying to convince myself that fake is the way to go because "real" is REALLY difficult. Anyone near a laundromat?

Blue - Actually, that would be really beautiful. Have some sheets blowing in the wind. Maybe that could be the version for dramatic pieces. Thanks!
 
Overland - I wanted to raise enough for 500 helmets. So far we're up to about 200! (105 helmets from DVXusers, 50 from me, and 35 from mom and dad). Haven't had any more donations in a while. Not sure where else to go. The donation ceremony will probably be near the end of this month. Any ideas?
 
I like the 'fake' look. It adds to the charm. And I like it without music as well; it sets the stage so to speak. I like it how it is.
 
would be cool if one of your laundry day shirts was in the wash... and the entire clip was practical.. like the wet shirt would press against the glass and it would saw laundry day films on it.
