Hey,
Just got a new Ultra high Definition Epson rx680 All-In-One printer, and it won't cooperate on my mac..
I follow the steps, and after I put in the ink cartridges, I have to hit ok on the printer for them to charge. No more than 5 seconds after I hit ok, I get a warning on the screen saying:
Ink cartridges cannot be recognized. Make sure there in correctly
WHICH THEY ARE because I hear a nice click when there set in place, and I've done this multiple times.
It's not connected to the computer, and there's no paper in the printer when I do this...As it says in the manual.
Any help would be great
