I missed this announcement at NAB but Panasonic is releasing the AG UCK20 POV CAM and AG UMR20 Recorder which are successors to the HD POV camera system AG HCK10 and AG HMR10 recorder, circa 2010.
The new one is UHD 4K.
I'm really excited about this as the old system has been invaluable to me. I didn't think they would ever release a successor.
Here's the Pansonic pdf from their site:

Looks like it's greatly improved from the previous system.
Things I didn't like about the old system:
-lens not wide enough, and too short of zoom
-poor low light
-no HDMI IN
-only accepted the wimpy small Panasonic HMC40 battery unless you used an extension kit
-1 SDHC slot
-recorder was limited to 1080i (no 1080P) unless paired with the POV cam (then could do 1080 24P/30P)
-no way to mount the recorder unless you bought the heavy and expensive adapter
-not enough built-in ND
Improvements with the new system:
-accepts multiple inputs/outputs (still no HDMI in)
-4K UHD at 24P and 30P
-wide (29.5mm) with 20X+ zoom
-1080 60P
-accepts large capacity batteries (DVX200)
-has holes for mounting the recorder built-in
-2 SDXC card slots
-5 axis stabilization
-better low light (I think)
-touch screen (higher res I think also)
-more ND
This is good news!
