New Multibridge Pro 2 has every functions of Kona 3 ?

Hello,
BMD has new product Multibridge Pro 2, about 1400 dollars. Please help me in answering questions belowed :
- Does Multibridge Pro 2 have every functions as Kona 3 ?
- Kona 3 costs 2500 dollars. Does it worth the price difference ?
- What is the technical difference between 2 products when one likes to make Grading with Color from FCP Studio 2.
