as exile noted in a recent message a thread was dead.
he also mentioned that he had a shoot where he had to mic every person in the room because of room limitations.
i think if he could explain that shoot and why he mic'ed it the way he did and what mic's he used we could all learn from his experience instead of explaining to someone why their first mic probably shouldn't be a schoeps and why they probably want a mixer.
all of that is answered in the archives.
my time would be better spent learning things from seasoned pro's like exile and this recent shoot he mentioned seemed like a perfect example!
