New Member: U.S. Immigration

[LA_Immigration]

Good Day,

My name is Hendrik Pretorius, I am a new member to this forum and an immigration attorney based out of our Los Angeles offices in Pasadena and Beverly Hills. I hope to be able to contribute by sharing background information related to the visa options for foreign persons in Film and Television, as well as any other entertainment related professions.

Please feel free to let me know if persons are interested in me posting some information related to the O visa, one of the main visa types available to professionals in film.

Regards,

Hendrik Pretorius

Welcome to DVXUser, Hendrik.

I'm sure there are many like myself who wonder what my options are to legally work in the Film and Television industry within the US.

Your thoughts and expertise on the matter are greatly appreciated.

Oh that's just great to see such a post here!

Can you please tell about this O visa and how to get it? Given, that I'm a foreigner, who wants to get employed in the USA?
