New logo

I was bored tonite so I opened up AE and attempted to make a logo thats animated.

What you all think of it? Used Trapcode Particular

15 - 20% maybe? still needs to fly, but it was so cool looking I felt like it was gone before I got to see it.

I'll try a color version tomorrow wen i have time...im thinkin...gold text and like random colors for the particles.

Same here, needs to be slower. Color looks fine, also might shoot back to the left or from the top/bottom to bring in the presents line.

I agree, a little slower. And black and white is good. Starlight should have black and white stars float across, it just makes sense.

Tonite I made it slower...the color didnt look good at all...it just looked like mardi gras. So i stuck it out with the BW

I'd like to see the PRESENTS in a smaller and different font - perhaps something more plain? Also, maybe bring it in in a dissolve after the last of the stardust dissipates.

And there we have it! I like that speed so much better.

If you are still playing around with it, try making the second flyby (on the bottom, right to left) a bit smaller, since the more important line is on top. It will probably also make it feel like you did a lot more work than just reverse the previous move.
