Just to let you know (if you haven't seen it already), there is new footage from the Letus Extreme on the letusdirect's website: www.letusdirect.com

Looks good. No visual sign of grain (GSE) that I can see!

I have the full 720p version of that too. If anyone is interested, I can post it. It's 250mb worth.

Yeah, DeGrey, I think there are a lot of HVX users looking to see some full rez video...they've certainly gotten a lot of XHA1 footage lately

I'm trying to find a good place to host the file. At 250mb, it will burn through bandwidth limits pretty quick ;) I am working on it though so it's on the way.

There will be information added to the LetusDirect.com site to help new users. That and the support forum there... and the email support... and the phone support Hien and Quyen provide.

However, if you do the math, the cost of making one is around the cost of the ones we sell here. We have priced our units so you can focus on filming and let us do the tedious work for you.

I'm pretty sure the cost of me experimenting and actually building one wasn't even close to $1200.00. I dunno.

The Extreme is not the only adapter we offer. The statement quoted above was specifically referencing the 35A which came in under $400.
