New kong bts...

[Weston]

They put these up every Monday morning at 12....and i just happen to still be awake so i watched it and i think this one is especially good. Its the second of 2 parts on the writing of KK's musical score....which is going dangerously close to the release of the movie. This really captures the essence of all the rushing around you do at the last second to complete a film project on time, and this is at such a grand scale. Very interesting.....i just thought i'd let you know.

New king kong production diary...

Dang --

I've always wanted to conduct a film score. Conducting is really what I do for a living, you know. Anyway -- anyone know anybody down there who I can hook up with just to sit and watch a day or two of a session????

Hope is not a plan... I'm gonna make this happen somehow.

Found this episode very interesting:

color timing

wow --

"Color effects the affect of watching he film, just as Sound Effects or the Visual Effects, or the acting; the color...is a key part of the creative process" - Peter Jackson.

He and Lucas -- companies, software and hardware all seem to get developed around them.

Thanks NCJE.
