New Illusion I made Causing a Stir

WOW! In the last several days, (On some of the magic communities around this world wide web) I have been insulted, cussed at, had my ethics questioned, etc. Releasing Magic effects is hard work! There are some great places where people have been civil for the most part. I believe all in all in the last five days I have had over 2500 hits on the threads below. I hope people like the effect when it comes out! I will be starting a thread on the 27th officially here at DVXuser to talk about the release Power Word: Fall.

Matt there are a lot of jealous people in this world that wish that they came up with the great tricks. Your effect sounds wonderful and awe invoking for the spectator. People that love magic love to perform for others wether their getting paid or not. The smile and the intrigue thats created in their mind is fulfilled when the impossible is made real before their eyes. Its wonderful to experience.

I have performed magic for 45 years and I have learned a couple of things in the process ( its not what you say that counts but how you say it ) ( one person can do a trick and thats all it is, then another can do it and it becomes a miracle ). We all have things that work better for us than others and with practice we can hone them and make them great. When a effect comes along that is fresh and powerful and all can learn it and it is easy to accomplish, then your will have a success.

Magic is so much fun. I love to watch someone that is smooth and has good patter.

Matt - Everyone in those forums seemed very supportive. Were there other forums that gave you a hard time? If so, don't worry about it. As you know, the only way some people can feel good about them self is by making others feel bad. Focus on the 99% that love your idea and let the 1% disappear (poof) like magic.

Yeah, there are some other threads that I didn't want to give any publicity to so I did not post them. They are exposure websites that try to reveal secrets to other people without paying for the DVD. It was not pretty, but you are right, I will focus on the positive.:beer:
 
The items/gimmick allows you to use the method to perform the effect. They are part of the secret of the illusion. They come with the DVD as do the cool menus and cover art.

I always recommend people buy the DVD with the items and then replace them later if they need to, due to the fact the gimmick can be pricey if you buy a lot of it (Which is one of the only ways to buy it). If someone buys the download, they can send me the password to the secret website that comes with the purchase, and I will send them the link to the cheapest place to find the main item, or they can just order the DVD and get the gimmick with it.

The instant download is mainly geared toward Over Seas buyers who cannot afford the shipping and such.

The Psychokinetic Pen by Banachek is one of the most hands off PK illusions out there. It can't do what Power Word: Fall does, but it is made to be very subtle and does what it does very well. It is probably my most performed illusion because it is impromptu and you can do it when somneone says "Hey do some magic!"
