Hello,

I am new here and want to ask a question about FullHD-Cameras in general - which forum is the right one here? As I can see, they are separated into Panasonic, Sony and so on..

That's a puzzler. I don't see a good alternative. I'd suggest posting in the 'Panasonic GH Cameras' since it has a very large viewing audience.
 
Welcome aboard. The small issue is that when you step into one camera forum or another - your essentially stepping into the user group for that camera - i.e. everyone owns that camera.

If I were you, before posting any questions - I'd go through each of the sections and look at what cameras are doing well and marry that up with what you're are looking for. Then you can start asking some more specific questions. Good luck.
