There is a new hot alternative for the Dell 2405:
The new FP241W BFI from Benq has HDMI and different analog inputs (component), offers a resolution of 1920x1200 and 1:1000 contrast - and offers a new technology to give a better performance of fast moving analog video: Black Frame Insertion (BFI). From what I got, this technology kind of resets the pixels to black to emulate a fast changing CRT.
Comes in June 06 in Europe, for around 1200 Euros and could be the long awaited alternative of the Dell...
