New guy looking for follow focus options...

Hey everyone. I'm about to pick up an adapter for my XH-A1s, either a Redrock Micro or a Letus Extreme. I'm looking to get a follow focus, and I've been sort of confused as to are viable options. I've looked at the IndiFocus Zoom and mini, but the mini's snap gear set has a minmum inner diameter of 70mm...and that's much larger than my 50mm nikkor that I'm using for now.

I'm basically looking for a cheap follow focus, whether it be geared or friction. I appreciate any help!
 
I got the D-focus sold by jag35, its gear ring can be adapted to quite a variety of lenses, look into them.
