New Focus Charts for 100a?

Has anyone made or found a new focus chart for the 100a yet?  I haven't had time to create one so I'm trying the lazy method.  Also - on the new Century Focus ring, anyone had luck with a specific type of dry erase marker?  i don't want to write on it only to discover the ink soaks in (happened to me on a slate once - dry earse was less than such and I had to buy a whole new one - not good)  FWIW - i use a nice fat Avery Marks-A-Lot on my slate - wipes off easily.

I'd like to put distance/foot marks right on the ring so i can pull focus on the fly ala-broadcast lenses

On a follow focus ring you use grease pencils usually, not dry erase markers.

For one, dry erase wipes off to easily. A grease pencil wipes off, but not that easily.

Marks alot is what I use.. Expo changed formulas and it sucks. Every focus puller I have worked with uses dry erase on the ring.. it allows you to color code if you have more than 2 focal points.

Most of the guys I have used, used either different colored grease pencils, or WET erase markers, because dry is usually to easy to wipe off by accident (at least in my experience).

Another thing you can do is use lectra line. You can buy it at art stores in either a matte, or glossy finish, in various widths. In the gloss you can use dry erase and change marks, or with the matte you can use a permanent marker of any sort.
