New favicon for DVXuser

Hey,

I was just adding a link from my website to this great forum, and had to use its favicon (i.e. the small, black icon representing DVXuser on the address bar or tabs) as the button. Now, how to say it... I think there's a potential for a better one!

So I thought why not? here are my takes for you admins to choose and use if you want (click image for its favicon.ico version).

(option #3 slightly brighter than #2)

Hope you like them,

All the best,

Haha... I love how passionate DVXusers are about this site.

I vote for number 3! it's the only one legible on my crappy monitors...

Thank you, my friends!

You may also want to check the new additions and examples, I believe the wide-screen versions are in fact much better!

Yep, I also like the first ine best, and I prefer it over the one that is now....

BTW, great music you have in your web.

nice work. and uploaded.

You will probably have to clear your cache and restart your browser before it will show for you.

THanks, man... one of those things on the list I just never got around to doing :)

Later,
Jason

I'd love to!

For that reason I'm gonna need the original logo file though, which I do not have.

Otherwise, it looks quite... weird:

64px Versions

(64px; NO BORDER)

64pxB.png

(
64px; GRAY BORDER)

64pxB-R.png

(
64px; GRAY BORDER; ROUNDED CORNERS)

48px Versions

(48px; NO BORDER)

48pxB.png

(
48px; GRAY BORDER)

48pxB-R.png

(
48px; GRAY BORDER; ROUNDED CORNERS)

:)

If I had the original file, it'd look more professional and sharper. Any ideas?

Very nice work Erez!

I took a peak at your web site and just noticed under your contact info that you had listed +372 as country code in your phone number. Shouldn't that be 972 ?

Hey nsoltz, I like your attention to detail ;-)

Israel's calling code is indeed +972, however my phone's SIM card is Estonian, which is where the +372 comes from. I call abroad a lot and this helps to keep costs low. Skype's rates are even lower - I should make my transition!
