hi this is deepak 20 from india.iam a b.tech graduate intrested in making movie.and i was worked as an assistant director for a commercial movie.next year iam going to cleveland for my masters and if any one doing film making in cleaveland please count me in ur project.i have a very strong script and i want to make a debute director with that scipt.its a thriller subject with a love story.

so plz guide me in any corners which i have to focus.

good luck with your project. my advice would be to start with a short, not a feature. actually, several shorts. or at the least, just a couple scenes from a feature. you'll learn a lot and save money in the long run.
 
Ask any of the thousands of film school grads in the US and they all say they have a very strong script. Be aware of that.

First, if it is very, very good you can send query letters to production companies with the hook of it asking if they want to read it. If any say yes, send it to them. If you hear back you can hold back until they agree to let you direct it. Keep in mind you will need to have some short works to show they you know how to make a movie and they're not giving money to someone that doesn't know anything.

If you're got a decent script, get some help making it the best it can ever be. Finance the film yourself.

actually i want to start it in cleaveland because im shifting from india to us on coming month so if u people cooperative we may can form as a group......................what do u say?
